“Pyrotechnies” is the second album by Sarbacanes, the ensemble I co-founded that plays early wind instruments, and it has been available since September 6th (Oktav Records)!

This album invites you to discover the trio sonata of 18th-century Germany, where each piece is a little gem of virtuosity. Imagine: an Italian style, German composers, and typically French instruments! Surrounding the sonatas of Vivaldi, Zelenka, and Telemann, Sarbacanes takes you on a journey through 18th-century Germany, revealing the full virtuosity and rich sound of the oboe and bassoon.

Behind this album is a passionate team: Neven Lesage and I (oboes), Alejandro Pérez Marin (bassoon), Loris Barrucand (harpsichord), and Hugo Abraham (violone)!
